Owned and operated by Nicholas Cadd and Nick Lant.
Nicholas Cadd’s family had been building concrete pools since he was 6 years old so you could say its in his blood. Working onsite during school and then university holidays saw him take a real interest in the business over his commercial aviation degree. He worked his way through the ranks within the family business, including commercial installations all over Western Australia.
Nick Lant joined the Cadd family business, working his way through all aspects of construction and management. Fly in fly out work in the Kimberley added extensive experience and knowledge in commercial building and operations.
As the business moved to the Kimberley a decision was made to stay in Perth. Friends and workmates Nicholas Cadd and Nick Lant combined forces to form a subcontracting company which provided premium pool finishing services. With such quality workmanship and attention to detail, their services were in high demand amongst some of Perths top pool builders.
It wasnt long before realising that Perth lacked a pool builder who could take a project from start to finish dealing with a director every step of the way.
